I charge not by the project, but by the hour. Each different type of service has a different rate that I charge due to the complexity of each type. For instance, a business card design will be at a cheaper rate than say a web design project. Each of the services to the left will have an explanation of what it entails as well as an hourly rate. Each client will be charged on a per hour basis at 5 minute intervals. For instance, if I take 1:34 minutes, I'll be charging you for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Which means you get 4 minutes... for free. However, there is a minimum charge per project which will also be noted next to the rate.
Many companies give you 'free consultation.' Reason being, they want an opportunity to sell you something of thiers. I similarly offer consulations; however, more often than not, I can find you a cheaper alternative than what you were innitially looking for. For that main reason, I do charge for consultation time. Trust me, the one hour it would take me to inform you of your options is worth more than what I charge.
This is the lowest design package available. Basically this is any design that doesn't move or interact in anyway. Signs, banners, business cards, logos, and more fall under this category.
A well built web site can really add to a company's tool belt. I can do just about any kind of web site, from an eCommerce solution, to a plain brochure web page. You can suggest sites that you wish yours to look like. You may even supply a template so I can alter it to better suit your purposes. I can even set up dynamic web pages that use one of today's most popular Content Management Systems (typically used as a blogging system), Wordpress.
Would you like to have your current web site show up a little higher on the search engine food chain? Well I can definitely help you with that. I can help consult you and even manage some of your web site's code to help produce better search results when you enter your company's name. However, if you're more of a do-it-yourselfer you can refer to my blog post.
This is the fun stuff. If you are currently marketing on the web with plain old images, I can help grab some attention from your potential customer's eyes. Movement, and a high level of interaction can increase likelihood of an action to take place. In fact, you can even build a small web widget that can allow your customers to get information from a random site without them having to leave the page. The great benefit to this is that you get more information across, without paying for that $.30 click.
